Returns & Exchanges

At Hamrick's Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hamrick's Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
